im currently driving under the new jersey probationary drivers program, which i completed September of 2007. In december i received a speeding ticket and went to court today and got it knocked down to unsafe operation which is no points.
i was told that my license would only be suspended if it was a point carrying violation, which this is not. do i need to worry? is it still going to be suspended even though this has no points involved but is a moving violation?
