Little $ and 4 traffic citations

I got busted for driving in FL without a seat belt. The next week I got 3 more tickets (for not having seat belt, registration, or insurance). I have a clean record and little $.
Can I mail in a payment for the first ticket and not receive points? For the other 3 can a lawyer clear that up without me paying for the tickets themselves or getting points accessed to my license?

A: yes, if you had a seat belt, were using it and had current insurance and registration. Otherwise you are guilty with or without an attorney.
