My boyfriend's license was suspended in NH due to Habitual Offender Law.He had 5 speeding tickets, one OAS (his license wasn't actually suspended but he chose to suck it up and pay the fines despite the DMV's mistake and pled guilty and didn't fight it), one negligent driving (he has a 3 ton truck and his tires spun in gravel and he got a ticket. He didn't fight it bc he didn't realize how serious it was and that he'd be a habitual offender because of it).
He has lost his license for one yr. A lawyer told us he may be able to request a hearing in VT and try to get a license in VT. He would still be unable to drive in NH but a VT license would be very beneficial. What is the best course of action to go about doing this? Thanks and try to be detailed. Please no guesses: only facts. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
