"the magic word"

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?
Texas
One day i was in the office of a JP (Justice of the Peace), and a freind of mine who knew common law as a layman, and he were talking.
There was a Latin word used (forgot it of course)which in the setting that Speed limits were set for commercial vehicles only and were not applicable to the common citizen. Over time... we have seen an "assumption attitude" where by these "rules of speed" are applied to every one in general.
If there is a lawyer who is actualy reading this material, please tell me what that Latin word is that requires a judge to dismiss a speeding charge!!

thanks, aservant

Well we try not to let everyone in on it because then they would not pay an attorney. You simply stand up in front of the judge and say
"owa, tagoo, siam"
I guarantee it works every time.
