I got ticketed for blocking the intersection. The officer issued citation code (89-4) and description (blocking intersection).
When I reviewed the official description of code 89-4 on website, it is for 'Keep to right while view is obstructed'. Can I get my ticket dismissed because code and description does not match on the citation?

It is important to note that the hearing notice that I got from court has correct offense code (89-4) and description (Keep to right while view is obstructed). However, I did not violate 'keep to right while view is obstructed' law.
