The mistakes do not prevent you from providing a legal defense to your citation and would not be cause for dismissal. And what the heck is wuaetions?

Normally a minor clerical error is not sufficient to have a traffic ticket dismissed. However in your case the time of AM for not driving with headlights could be sufficient cause for dismissal. The officer would have to realize his mistake and have the ticket ammended.

However it is probably not worth the effort to take it to court, especially since most courts in Florida will accept traffic school and the ticket will not go on your record. That is your best option rather than just paying the ticket.

It may depend on the section cited and the elements. For instance, if headlights were required in times of darkness or in inclimate weather such as rain, fog, etc., then the daytime cite would be perfectly acceptable for required headlights.
