Question

In MI can a cop pull you over after he looses sight?

I was wondering if was true (In Michigan) that if a cop turns on his lights to pull you over, and you go over a hill or around a corner so that the cop can't see you anymore. Can he still give you a ticket? what is this called? Thanks

It is called "what have you been smoking?". If there was such a law, everybody would be trying to outrun cops.

My response: no, he can't give you a ticket but if he catches up to you, he can shoot you.
