What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

I received a speeding citation stating 'miles timed' as 52.9 and 'seconds timed' as 7.69 seconds. My effective speed by calculating distance over time is 2467 mph. My offense was written as 'speeding 52 mph'. The police officer used a Robic stopwatch to determine my speed. I am trying to build a case for court. What are my chances of getting a reduced fine or a dismissal if I ague that my speed cannot be accurately determined because the distance recorded is wrong and therefore my speed cannot accurately be determined?
