Misdated Speeding Ticket

Washington

Can I contest a speeding ticket that was improperly dated? I got it today but the officer dated it 1/31/07.

(Who says there's no such thing as "quotas"?)

You can contest a speeding ticket for any reason you want. I have never seen a ticket dismissed for a wrong date but it might work. Just bring proof of where you were at that specific date and time.
