Misprint...Possible dismiss in Texas?

I was driving in Cleburn Texas. The Trooper said I was going 87 in a 70 which is a lie..crusie control was set to 80 anyways. The misprint is in the vehicle Year and Color. THe Color is Black and Year is 1998, he put blue 2001. Is this dismissable?

why? I would tell the judge if the cop isnt smart enough to tell the difference between black and blue.. you can aruge he isnt smart enough to calibrate a radar, or anything else.

Officers dont calibrate thier radar, they operate them. Calibrations are done by others (Verizon, GE to name a few.)
