Missing a deer

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Jersey

I was driving on my way home and a couple of deer jumped out infront of my car so i tried to miss the deer and crossed into oncoming traffic and hit a car head on. I got a tickert for the following:

39:4-97 Careless Driving
39:4-88A Failure to Maintain Lane

Don't think knowone was seriously injured.

What shout I do?

call your insurance company and report the accident.

Next time, don't swerve unless the animal is an Elk, Moose, or Bear.

Agreed! These larger animals will indeed cause more damage and increase the hazard to one's life more than one would experience by swerving into oncoming traffic.
