What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York

I recently received a ticket for going 51 in a 35 mph zone. When examining the ticket more closely (it's a NYS DMV Uniform Traffic Ticket issued by the State Police, by the way) I noticed that the officer who wrote the ticket never signed under the area for "Radar Officer's Signature."

Is this enough grounds to have the ticket thrown out?
