missing info on ticket

What is the name of your state? Texas

I got a speeding ticket this morning. The officer said I was going 50 in a 35 and he got me on radar. My question is does it matter that he did not put how fast I was going or the speed limit on my ticket? That area was left entirely blank. I don't even know how they could even tell me how much my fine would be.

Yes it does matter. Consider yourself very lucky. If you handle this properly you should be able to get the ticket dismissed. Good luck!
