Not likely to be a problem.
If the car license plate is there, there is a pretty good hint as to where to start looking.
If the name is only slightly misspelled, the computers usually have no problem coming up with a match.
It might take some human intervention, but I suspect that the court clerks who are used to reading sloppy cop handwriting could figure it out.
