Mistake on Speeding Ticket

My question is if the officer who wrote the ticket stated I was going 54 mph in 50 mph zone but there is NO 50 mph zone can I get this ticket dismissed?

the speeding zones go from 55 mph and then drops down to 40 mph zone. I was stop in the 40 mph zone but he said he followed me from the 55 mph zone
