Mistaken Identity

What is the name of your state? FL. I was residing in NYS at the time of this incident in FL a driver with my name and DOB was issued 2 tickets 1 without a license and the other for not wearing a seatbelt. I am trying to get proof that I was in NY when the ticket was issued. But the company I worked for doesnt have records that go back that far. The only proof is I had just started dating my wife around the same time that it happened she can vouch that I was in NY and not FL that time. Any suggestions. I have always had a valid NYS license
