I got speeding ticket more than a year ago. I pleaded not guilty at that time and since than my court date was postpone 3 times. And now my latest appointment is for December. Can I file motion to dismiss this ticket, and if "YES", how I can do it?

regards.

P.S. I can be contacted via email to mtip@aol.com

The mere postponement of the trial doesn't entitle you to a dismissal. You will need to mount a defense to the speeding charge. If you will tell us what state, what speed (and the limit), and whether it was radar, you might get some help here.
