Question

Motorcycle tiket- I was 15 years old

I was 15 years old an lived in AZ when I received a ticket for no license , no registration, and no insurance. The motorcycle that I was driving was my brothers.. Which I took without his consent. I recived the ticket Jan 23,1999, now I am 20 living in TX. I would like to get my license, but I must first get this cleared up. What should I do?

What did th e DMV tell you you needed to do?
