Moving case to another county?

What is the name of your state? California
How do you move a traffic infraction case to another county?

The county that it was written in is very small, and as a result if I lose (everyone loses in this county) and want to appeal my appeal would be heard by a panel made up of the daily lunchtime companions of the trial judge.

You file for a motion for change of venue. These are not typically granted in traffic court, however. At the time of stop is when you should have made the request to the officer, but they typically won't do that either unless it has to do with where you live in relation to the stop. It does appear you're stuck where you are.
