I received a Speeding ticket by mail from Indianapolis Traffic Department with fine and instruction to surrender my License to GA Driver License Office. I was 20 year & 5 months of age when this ticket was issued to me last November, 2004.

I surrendered my GA License and paid fine to the Georgia Driver License Office. Georgia Driver License Office told me that my license will be returned to me October, 2005.

I am a student and working too. I am now literally handicaped becuase I can not driver without a License.

Is there any legal way I request Driving License Office to issue me a restricted license till I get my original license so that I can continue driving to school and work. Please help.

Thanks
