Question

moving violation

What is the name of your state? WI

cited for 50 in 30. i told officer i was not speeding, asked to see the radar, he said he had a certified spedometer.

i have a clean record.

do i need a lawyer to fight this?

what are my chances?

Your lack of knowledge would say that yes, you should contact a local attorney. Police officers do not have to show radar readings. And you offer no other evidence that the citation was not warranted. Your chances will be in direct purportion to the amount of money you pay your lawyer.
