Moving violation in Ohio

What is the name of your state? New Jersey

I live in New Jersey and recently got a speeding ticket in Ohio. According to Ohio Law it is a 2 point ticket. I am wondering if I pay the ticket will Ohio Motor Vehicles notify New Jersey of this moving violation and will the point carry over to New Jersey. Or, should I try to contest the ticket to avoid points.
