Mr.

What is the name of your state? I reside in the state of Kansas. I have received a speeding ticket 65mph in a 55mph. I was driving my personal car, I have a cdl. My 10 year old son was having an asthma attack. I was hurrying home to get him on a machine for medical treatment. The prosecuter says the laws in KS state they cannot drop the ticket due to me having a cdl - emergency situations dont matter ???
