Must Officer Sign Virginia Ticket?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia

I received a speeding ticket--actually a uniform summons--(less than 20 miles over limit) in Virginia. The officer printed his name in block letters, but did not affix his signature. Is that a valid summons? Will the case be dismissed on that technicality?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
