Name spelled wrong on ticketRecently I received a ticket at a speed trap for 49 in a 35 mph zone. I noticed the spelling of my last name on the ticket is incorrect even though its correct on my license. I've heard this is enough to get the ticket dropped, if so what would I need to do to have it dropped? |

| and since the judge is assisting the prosecution with their case at that point, perhaps you can get a mistrial. Probably not, mind you, but that's what would happen if they were interested in justice. |
