Need license

What is the name of your state? New York

About 10 years ago I bought a car from a person who had just bought it at an auction. The car had a temp. plate and it said it was valid until the end of the month. I proceeded to drive the car to my insurance agent’s office the next day. Once I arrived a police officer spotted me informed me that the plate was expired and gave me two tickets (No insurance, no registration). I got the car insured and registered and went to court and paid the tickets, but got my license revoked due to no insurance. I sold the car and did not drive again. About 5 years ago I contacted Dept of Motor vehicle and they told me I still had two open tickets for no insurance, no license, they say I received these two 2 years after I lost my license. I just dropped the whole thing and did nothing about it. Now I need my license to get a new job, what do I do?
