| In VA, reckless driving is a class 1 misdemeanor, right up there with a DWI. You are looking at a whopping 6 points on your licence.
Fairfax does not mess around with these types of things. Since you are a minor, you will most likely not get jail time, but you are looking at at your license being revolked and a huge fine.
