I got a ticket for having an expired liscense and not having a liscense . I showed the on seen officer that it was valid but he insisted it was expired. How do i prove my innocense on a bench trial? (The ticket was in New mexico but i have a California Liscense

Have you ever had a NM license? Are you now living or working in NM?

If you were simply passing through and you can prove that your license was valid at the time of the stop AND you were in possession of such a valid license at the time of the stop, you should be able to prevail at trial.
