New York - Supporting Deposition Time Limit "to recieve it"

I recieved a ticket for speeding and have requested a supporting deposition from the officer.....
Is there any time limit he has, to send me the deposition?

According to the back of tickets that I have seen, you have a right to receive the ticket 30 days before your trial. Your trial, however, can take years to come up. I do not know of any other rules regarding supporting depositions (of course, aside from the fact that your case can be dropped if one is not made and you have requested it).
