What is the fine for driving with expired license ? Is there any points for that ?

Call the court and ask. Sometimes it varies by county. Get it renewed and ask for a dismissal with court costs.

Knowing the corrupt system in NJ, not only is there a fine but several years of "insurance" surcharges.

Pray for a dismissal.
