Here's my history

7-2-04 - 3 points for improper turn traffic control sign

03-05-05 - Unsafe operation of Motor vehicle - pleaded guilty paid more fine and avoided points(initially I thought it was 2 points but that was 4 i think)

07-02-05 - 3 Point credit - annual safe driving

07-13-05 speeding 45in 25 zone got 4 points - got it reduced to 0.

I pleaded guilty y'day and got a deal frm the public prosecutor on the last violation. The judge said I would face jail time next time. Can someone enlighten me on the law?
I did'nt ask the judge clearly why I would be facing jail time if next time I get a traffic ticket( my mistake, i regret for not using a lawyer or asking the judge why I would face jail time).

How long will this stay on my record? SHould I consult a lawyer? How long should I be carefull of not accumulating points anymore? ( I know the answer is never but just to be very cautious)
