I got pulled over last night on the GSP. I have recieved a written warning for excessive speed from the officer. Is there any chance they can mail you a speeding violation? Does the warning get posted to your record?

No.

Warning is just a warning, they will keep it on the records for future reference so that if you get pulled over again then they will nail you. The good thing is that you can just go to court and get no points and pay the fines on any ticket unless it is DUI. NJ only wants your money.
