No injury. I have to worry? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania I was legally entering a private property with apartment buildings to visit a friend. Shortly after getting through the gate at the entrance I passed the car in front of me because they stopped and unfortunately I didn't have more patience left. This happened at 8 at night and I didn't notice the yellow solid line. Anyways, I pass the car and continue on the driveway towards the parking lot. There is a sharp left turn; a lady is walking towards me on the very outside of the turn (right side from my view). I completed the pass and as I approach the lady I stay in the left lane in order to maximize my distance to the her. You can perfectly see around the turn and to my best judgement I didn't endanger anyone. The lady that walked up the street got very upset about my driving and called the police and got my license plate. I left shortly after and went home. Now I'm worrying that the lady exaggerates my speed or lies about my driving and that this could get me into serious trouble. I'm the type of person that thinks of all the worst things that could happen and it has brought me anxiety and I feel so lost and don't know what will happen. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated. PS: I'm planning on calling this lady to apologize. |

| Your not in trouble. Cops may call or stop by and ask you to slow down but thats about it. Now if you had hurt someone or damaged property it would be a different story. Stop worrying and slow down! |
