No Insurance

What is the name of your state? New York.....My sister got pulled over last march and she didn't have insurance on the car and the registration was expired...she went to court...she was supposed to pay $300.00 and her license was revoked for up to a year and she could get a restricted one...well, she didn't pay the $300.00 and she never went to the DMV to fix her license situation...can you tell me what she needs to do in order to fix this mess???? thank you!
