What is the name of your state? New Jersey
Ticket: PA

I recieved a ticket in Dunmore, PA for rolling through a stop sign, went to court, and got it reduced to a 3111(a) (disregard traffic control device).

This offense carries no points, but is theoretically a moving violation.

My license is from New Jersey, which assessed two points for every out of state moving violation you commit.

1) Will this show up on my NJ driving record?

2) Will I be assessed points in NJ?

Call the NJ DMV and ask. If PA reports the violation and NJ considers it a moving violation, you will have two points assessed. Please post back what they say since I would like a definite answer also.
