| No seat belt
What is the name of your state? New York.....specifically New York City
Hi: I received a traffic ticket for failure to wear seat belt. The offiicer wrote the ticket and I noticed that he misspelled my name**************and wrote over one of the letters to "correct" it, in the boxes for the state initials, he wrote over incorrect initials, and finally, the driver's identrification number is incorrect in the second to last digit (he did not try to "correct" this).
Are these grounds for dismissal of the ticket? Please advise how to go about the dispute if it is appropriate. |
