i received a no seatbelt ticket in Dallas, my court date is soon, and i start to receive messages in the mail from law firms so i can hair them to take my case
the fine is $150, and one of the firms said they can help me for only $40 and maybe able to lower the fine and make sure it wont go on my recored, but its kind of hard to absolutely avoid paying it...
should i hair the firm or is it going to be even more expansive than just paying the ticket?
