No Valid DL

What is the name of your state? Iowa

I have a work permit to drive to and from work. Well my fiance does not have license and can not get one until 2005. I got pulled over for a cracked windshield when one was driving to get him which is the oppisite way of my work. Not like I was out joy riding. The officer ticketed me for no valid DL will that stop me from getting my full license back in July like scheduled? Also would there be any way to get on my work permit to take him to and from work? If I wait until the court date on the ticket is there a chance it could be dropped if there was a way to get that on my work permit?

Is there no public transportation in your town? Can he carpool with co-workers? Can he ride a bike?

this ticket will most likely lengthen the time it will take you to get your license back.

How did it come about that you and your "fiance" both have driver license problems?

Well, there are no transportations to a rural area. At this time there is no one for him to ride or he would have been.

Well, he had problems before I met him and I had an owi that i was on probabtion for and got a speeding ticket so they pulled my license again.

Is a No valid DL considered a moving violation?
