No Way I Was Going The Speed That The Officer Said

I am currently a student at Hannibal-La Grange College in Hannibal, Mo. As I was returning to campus tonight I was pulled over by a police officer. I was not too worried because I thought that I was going 40 in a 35. However, when he informed me that he clocked me going 49 in a 30 I was appalled. I know that there was no way that I was going 49. Should I go to court and fight it or should I just pay a lawyer to fix it?

If you feel that you can succeed in your fighting it on your own, go ahead and fight it.

However, if your only defense is, "I couldn't be going that fast", you will need an attorney because "that dog won't hunt".

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
