| |  Non Recipocal States to California
What is the name of your state? California - My driver license has been taken for 1 year due to 4 speeding tickets in one year. When notice was sent I was out of state and did not ask for hearing within 14 days required. I have now relocated to Arkansas as I am the only single child of six and my father is 75 and failing health and my mother is fighting breast cancer. My question is where I can find a state that would issue me a drivers license. |
