I was pulled over and cited for 61 in a 45 and "passing on a double yellow line"? My first question is does anybody know how many insurance points this will be?
Also, I have heard that you can go to some sort of traffic school and get a ticket dropped. Could I do this even though I am technically being charged with two offenses?
And lastly, any suggestions you guys have would be very appreciated. Also, I got a ticket about six months ago for 78 in a 65, but it was dropped due to improper equipment.
Should I hire a lawyer do you think?
