Hi everyone,

I got a ticket for moving violation 21950(a): Righ-Of-Way At Crosswalks. It says that I'm not eligible for traffic school though I didn't have any other violations in prior 18 months. Someone told me that such type of violation 21950(a) excludes your option for traffic school automatically. Is that true?

Thanks in advance

You should be eligible.

What says that you are not eligible for traffic school? The ticket? I have never seen a ticket which has that information on there. The citation should indicate whether the violation is CORRECTABLE or not, but there should be nothing on there relating to traffic school.

So who (or what did you read that) told you that you were not eligible?

Thanks for answering.
I read it on my citation that I got by mail. Right after the bail amount ($212): 'You are not eligible for traffic school'
