| In Alabama I was cited by a state trooper who said he clocked me at 74 in a 55 zone. I was only traveling 60 and have witnesses on that fact. I appeared in court to fight it and the judge set a trial date and subpoenaed the officer. How do I subpoena the calibration records for the radar equipment and should I get sworn statements from the witnesses? Do I even have a case? |
