not sure where to post this.. i have a impound question.

What is the name of your state? Florida

I have lived in my apt. for 3 years and parked in the same place.... a parking spot that faces an alley.
The alley is connected to a Pawn Shop and they have
a parking lot which has no signs up for towing.
However in the last 2 days a sign popped up and it
looks damaged and not in the ground solidly.
There is also niehbors that park in the spaces that face this alley, but their cars are not towed and now my car is !!

Again for 3 years no sign and no warning, not even a peep form the pawn shop. The person that lived in this apt. and parked in the same place had a agreement with the pawn shop, but she moved out and i had no problems for 3 years.

any help would be greatful
thanks in advance
drew

You were legally towed.

In fact, you are so astonishingly correct in this matter, it will not surprise us one bit if you are offered a generous settlement, because, by golly, that’s just how it should be.
