I have plead guilty to a VTL 1200 0D 0I0, STOP SIGN VIOLATION instead of a 1880 (d) 83/65 and am being charged $150. I had to sign this in order to find out the $$ of the fine. A 1200 d seems to be a parking offense but I could not find 0D 0I0 or stop signs mentioned under 1200 d in the NY Vehicle and Traffic laws. Exactly what have I plead guilty to and is this an appropriate fine? Will it add points or $$ to my mother's insurance in MA. This was determined by Herkimer county DA and town of Danube court.
