NY Traffic Law Lawyer Advice

Hey, I recently receivecd a ticket for changing lanes unsafely. Under the circumstances, it was the "safest" thing to do (my brakes locked and i was going to hit somebody in the shoulder, so i swerved, and in doing so, went into the other lane).

I was wondering if anybody could recommend me a good traffic lawyer in the state of NY, preferably located close to Delmar, which is close to Albany. Thanks.
