What is the name of your state? NY (small town in schoharie county)

I requested the supporting deposition when I mailed in my not guilty plea (have copies and p.o. receipts to prove). How long does it usually take for the deposition to arrive? It was not included in the letter from the town justice stating my new court date.

I believe the deposition must arrive within 30 days from the time the court received my request, in order for it to be timely served. If it does not arrive in that time frame, what is my next move? Do I have a good chance at dismissal? How do I go about that?

Any ideas?

I've seen some references to forms required to present a motion to dismiss, but I can't find any specifics. Can I look this stuff up in a library? I attend a college with a law school, but I wouldn't know where to start looking.
