officer did not sign ticketI live in Mississippi and after receiving my speeding ticket i looked at it and the officer did not sign it. The officer put his badge number in the appropriate blank but did not sign the ticket. Is this an infraction that would cause this ticket to be dismissed? |

**A: No, just appear in court and the officer will gladly sign the ticket. |

| Based on information in another post HG Maybe the offender can prove the officer was in another location at the time the citation was issued and have it all dropped ![]()

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
