hello,

I have contacted the court twice and the CHP office and they both state the officer did not turn in his paperwork . Now what happens? I have court soon. Can I just have this dismissed? thanks a

If your court date has not passed yet, then why do you think you'd be entitled to a dismissal? Show up on your court date and try to check in and if they still have nothing filed for you, then you're probably in the clear at that point.
