officer didn't sign ticket

What is the name of your state? colorado

charged with... speeding, failure to signal and illegal passing
that's 3 violations on one citation....12 pts....$350

if pay in 20 days auto plea bargin 8pts...$120

i assume most traffic tickets are simular..name, address, dob, violation, points etc. at the bottom there is a section where the officer signs that he/she states that they have probable cause to believe that you have committed this offense blah, blah, blah

at the bottom of my ticket nothing is written in the following

1. date issued

2. officer: print name

3. signature

4. badge #

this is not a carbon or he wasn't pressing hard enough when writing thing. the rest of the ticket is very clear. but the bottom and the 4 items listed above are totally blank.

Any advice would be greatly appreceiated
